Job Description
You will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM at SIXT, leading the integrations, optimizing our HR technology landscape on a global scale, and playing a critical role in enabling efficient HR and financial planning processes across the enterprise. This position combines deep technical implementation with functional optimization, enhancing operational agility, data-driven decision-making, and the overall impact of our People & Culture team.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
