Responsibilities

• Lead or support IS and business initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery.
• Manage and support financial systems, including setting up configurations, workflows, security, and integrations.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to identify key business drivers by analyzing business processes, progressive business ideas, technology implementations, and issues and their impacts.
• Develop strategies and recommendations, including business benefits and costs, implementation, and training plans.
• Work with business users to understand needs and process inefficiencies and identify improvements to workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during validation and UAT, providing support to ensure solutions meet end user needs.
