Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant
Permanent | Madrid (Remote within Spain considered)
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong expertise in Time Tracking & Absence configuration
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations
- Currently or previously Workday Certified in Time Tracking and/or Absence
- Fluent Spanish (or full professional proficiency)
- Strong communication skills with experience leading client workshops
Preferred / Bonus Points
- Experience working for a Workday Partner or consultancy
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-client environments
- Strong understanding of Spanish labour/time regulations
- Experience supporting post-go-live optimisation projects
