You'll keep the center running smooth. Build reports, run dashboards, and support agents live—no waiting on analysts or approvals.

What you'll do

• Configure campaigns and queues (Five9 or similar)

• Pull/export call data (CSV-style)

• Build ops-facing Excel reports

• Run live dashboards and metrics

• Support agents and leads in real time

• Solve with formulas—not manual work

• Automate repeat tasks (SQL/Python a plus)
