Job Description

• Manage workforce planning and forecasting to ensure adequate staffing, balanced workloads, and optimal scheduling for operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding workforce activities, including forecasts, service level performance, and action plans for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports —daily, weekly, and monthly—to monitor key operational metrics and support decision-making.
• Analyze and manage workforce data , identifying trends, resolving issues, and providing insights for continuous process enhancement.
• Collaborate with Real-Time Analysts to track attendance, adherence, and productivity, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
