Workforce Planner

Job Description

You will coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather relevant data for forecasting and program requirements calculation. You will maintain a roster of staff with accurate details including availability, preferences, and skills. You will publish over/under snapshots, create action plans to address staffing gaps or minimize overages. You will input data into the online capacity plan tool to ensure seating plans are accurate and adequate.
