Job Description

Job purpose:
VenuesLive WA, the proud operator of Optus Stadium, is on the lookout for an organised and administratively skilled Workforce Planning Coordinator (Rostering Coordinator) to support the successful delivery of our Staffing Operations program. In this role, you will help facilitate workforce planning needs for events and daily business activities around the Stadium. As a member of the Staffing Operations Team, you’ll be involved in coordinating the casual workforce by supporting processes such as recruitment, onboarding, rostering, offboarding, and other staffing-related processes.
Your focus will be:
Liaise with Operational Partners to ensure events are adequately staffed and costs are controlled 
Assist with the coordination of recruitment, onboarding and ongoing engagement of our casual workforce
Prepare and publish rosters, ensuring schedules meet staffing requirements and align with regulatory standards
