Workforce Scheduling & Forecasting Analyst

iQor is seeking a Workforce Analyst in Cavite, Philippines. This position involves providing accurate staffing schedules based on call volume patterns, attrition rates, and overall productivity.

The analyst will work closely with the Forecasting and RTA teams to ensure historically accurate staffing recommendations. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with prior experience in workforce management.
