Job Description

Job Summary
:In this role, you will lead a team and manage daily labor relations activities on construction projects, providing advice in the resolution of labor disputes, grievances, and work stoppages. Your strategic input will enable the industrial relations team to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that facilitate positive labor relations and prevent labor problems and schedule delays. 
Major Responsibilities:
Understanding and personally complying with Project environmental, safety and health philosophy, systems, and requirements.

Support the development of relevant plans and communications related to Workforce Services matters, primarily focused on the application of the Project Enterprise Agreement. 

Works and consults the ER team to execute the industrial and employee relations activities.
