Job Description
We are looking for a working foreman/site manager to join a long-established company specialising in residential renovation and extensions.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the site including subcontractors, health and safety, work quality, labour deployment, problem solving & escalation.
Must have varied experience in construction and managing sites.
Must have minimum 5 years experience as a renovation foreman.
Must be comfortable getting on the tools - and our foremen lead by example. A carpenter by trade is preferred.
Must have own tools and transport, safe pass, manual handling, etc.
Our projects can vary from €250k to €2 million
