Working Foreman / Site Supervisor - Concrete & Formwork, Bergen

Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking a hands‑on Site Supervisor / Working Foreman with experience in concrete and formwork projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical work on‑site with leadership responsibility. You will take a key role in smaller projects (typically NOK 1--20 million), where you work alongside your team while ensuring progress, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily work on‑site (typically small teams)
• Actively participate in production work (concrete and formwork)
• Follow up project schedules and ensure steady progress
• Order and manage materials (concrete, reinforcement steel, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures
• Maintain checklists and required documentation
• Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
