+ Supporting the Program Manager and program management team in day to day activities
+ Preparing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and documentation
+ Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and reviews
+ Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow up actions
