Handle workshop administration, documentation, billing, and reporting to support smooth workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, service reports, and invoices
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Coordinate billing information with storekeeper and coordinator
- Track invoices and payment status
- Support general workshop administrative work
Requirements
- Experience in admin or billing role
- Good in accounting and Excel skills
- Organised, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Able to work with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
