Our client is a leading organisation within the vehicle repair industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a highly organised, personable, and proactive individual as Workshop Controller for their state-of-the-art facility in Basingstoke.
Responsibilities Include
- Supervising daily workshop operations to ensure tasks are finished promptly and meet required standards
- Assigning jobs to technicians according to their expertise, current workload, and priorities
- Tracking progress, maintaining quality and efficiency, and addressing any challenges that occur
- Coordinating with the parts department, customer service, and VDA teams to keep repairs running smoothly
- Encouraging a safe, compliant, and well-organized workplace

- Demonstrated experience as a workshop controller, senior technician, or in a similar position within the accident repair sector
