Join the Writer/Journalist Program at The Borgen Project and help create impactful content for BORGEN Magazine and The Borgen Project Blog.

Program Details

This is a part‑time, unpaid remote program. The standard commitment is 12 hours per week over 12 weeks, but you can complete the program in fewer weeks if you have limited availability. College credit is available for participants.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging articles for the Borgen Project Blog.
• Research relevant topics and gather facts.
• Support the organization’s advocacy efforts through content creation.
• Create a personal fundraising campaign and meet fundraising targets.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required. We’re looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPA or background.
