Wtx Production Supervisor (Onsite)

What You Will DoThis position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors, and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.
Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
The Leader will be fully supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
