Yard & Telehandler Operative

Responsibilities

• Keeping the outside spaces of the facility clean and tidy, with stock and vehicles assembled in an orderly fashion and emptying tipping skips from within the factory and yard spaces.
• As required move chassis frames around the facility to facilitate the requirements of the various departments.
• Receive new chassis from suppliers and do vehicle receipt inspection records ensuring chassis are not damaged prior to delivery and park in a fashion that suits the production program.
• Load and unload outside haulier delivery vehicles as and when required, helping with On Board Weighing calibrations and various other production requirements.
