About the Role
As a Year 2 Teacher, you'll plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum, ensuring all pupils are supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed. You'll create a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess and track progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Foster positive behaviour and a supportive classroom culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and leadership to enhance pupil outcomes.
- Uphold safeguarding and inclusion policies at all times.
Requirements
