Lead a vital position at YWCA Hamilton as a Program Supervisor in Hamilton, Ontario. Oversee operations for the Transitional Living and Phoenix Place residence while supporting women in need.
This permanent role requires supervising 20-30 staff, providing social work and housing support, along with goal setting and crisis intervention. Applicants must bring a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with women facing barriers, demonstrating strong leadership and crisis intervention skills.
