Experience: 1–2 years in Network Security / Cybersecurity
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
About the role: Support and monitor Zscaler security services by troubleshooting endpoint/client issues, handling basic configurations, monitoring system health, and ensuring smooth day-to-day cybersecurity operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and perform routine health checks of Zscaler services (ZIA/ZPA).
- Provide L1 support for endpoint and server client issues.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and generate reports.
- Handle basic configuration changes as per SOPs.
