2026 Human Resources Internship Program (Budapest) Data & Analytics / Compensation / HR Operations In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. Roles and responsibilities As a Data & Analytics Intern: Data Governance & AI Model Validation: Support workforce and talent reporting processes and analytics efforts Take part in testing and implementing innovative AI technologies Collaborate with data owners to develop comprehensive data governance and quality control frameworks Work alongside a global squad of data and analytics experts, operating in a collaborative environment to problem solve and iteratively deliver products Data Science: Contribute to the development and refinement of machine learning and statistical models that generate insights to inform workforce and talent strategy Collaborate on the refinement and testing of GenAI-based solutions to enhance internal HR processes Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to support global talent and workforce analytics initiatives Ensure the operational and functional excellence of existing solutions and tools to deliver a seamless client experience As a Compensation Intern: Support year-end compensation processes and create analysis and reports Assist with data auditing activities to ensure that quality information is provided Support the rewards project team to further enhance the global Compensation Management System and collaborate with the global team, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders Aid in creating system documentation and materials facilitating the training session coordination As an HR Operations Intern: Working on diverse projects and assignments Provide administrative support to employees, handling day-to-day employee queries Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports Participation in HR related administrative processes (onboarding, offboarding, mobility, maternity leave etc.) Requirements Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Graduation in June 2027 Fluency in English, both verbal and written Attention to detail and organizational abilities Confident Excel knowledge (experience with any BI tools, data transformations or scripting language is a plus) An analytic mindset: high attention to detail A collaborative nature and team-orientation A hunger to learn and grow (both of yourself and of your team) The ease of interacting with team members virtually If you are interested in the above opportunity, please apply here by submitting your English CV.
